And thus I shall begin with Jon Reiner's The Man Who Couldn't Eat

Doesn't that conjure up a deliciously interesting visual?! Reading this book has been an eye-opener to the devastating world of Crohn's disease. Reiner documents his world incredibly well and anxious to get back to the story this weekend.

ReplyDeleteHi Shari, He doesn't go in-depth about the disease itself but rather focuses on his psychological relationship with food and how it plays out in relation to his physical relationship with the disease. I just finished it tonight and found it a quick and enlightening read.
